Kurzzeitwohnen provides fully equipped and furnished apartments, houses and serviced apartments in all sizes and styles.
The main target group are corporate clients and companies. Our job is to mediate between landlords and employees to find apartments that match all needs and to assist both parties when it comes to the further process. Especially important is the quality of each apartment on our platform which is available for rent mostly from one month up to six months. Business travelers can choose from 900 objects in Salzburg, Vienna, Graz or Linz.
Kurzzeitwohnen is not a typical anonymous platform, rather we support our landlords and tenants personal and professional. The team of Kurzzeitwohnen is easy to reach and assits their customers in all needs and point out important legal regulations and conditions.
The user friendly platform has been programmed in responsive design which makes it easy for landlords to advertise their apartment on our platform. Due to simple search filters the tenants can restrict the search to retrieve the most suitable apartment on the first place.
The company was founded in 2010 under the Holding "Juvax Betriebsgesellschaft mbH" in Salzburg and was listed in the Top 100 Sart-Ups in Austria only one year after. In 2013 it was even possible to take 55th place.
On September 1st 2013 the company became an independent company with limited liability Kurzzeitwohnen GmbH with Rafael Walter as CEO.
Since February 2015 Mag. (FH) Herbert Maier manages the company as managing director.
