1 bedroom apartment with garden

We are traveling for two months (March and April 2026) and are renting out our apartment. It's a 51 sq m (540 sq ft) two-room apartment with a bedroom and a large living/dining area with a kitchen. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. The apartment is fully furnished, modernly decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a large outdoor area: a 50 sq m (540 sq ft) terrace and garden (with a chill-out lounge and table with chairs). Parking is available in the underground garage. The apartment is also accessible by elevator. There is a separate bicycle storage room.

The apartment is located in the popular Arzl district in a very quiet residential area (eastern part of Innsbruck). The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away (bus lines directly to the city center and the main train station). You can reach the city center by bike in about 10 minutes. Shopping facilities (including a pharmacy) are in the immediate vicinity, just a 5-minute walk away. The alpine pastures of the Nordkette mountain range are directly accessible from the front door.
