Our new apartment is located at the beautiful Millstättersee in the village of Seeboden (20 min to Villach, 50 min to Italy and 60 min to Klagenfurt airport, by car) and ideal for singles, couples or families.
It is fully equipped, on the 1st floor and consists of 73 sqm and a spacious south and west-facing balcony of around 40 sqm. It also has a private lake access and an own parking space in the underground garage (incl. charging option for e-cars).
The apartment consists of 3 rooms: a living room with a comfortable sofa bed and an open kitchen (fully equipped) with dining area, a bedroom with a double bed & workplace and a bedroom with two single beds & workplace. Furthermore, there is an entrance area, a bathroom with a shower & bathtub and a separate toilet.
The spacious south and west-facing balcony can be accessed from all rooms and provides a breathtaking view to the mountains. It is furnished with a a cozy lounge area, an additional dining area with comfortable chairs and a gas barbecue.
What you will love about this neighborhood
There are plenty of leisure activities for sport fans such as skiing, hiking and cycling. The town of Seeboden and Lake Millstättersee are very close and within minutes you are not only in town or at the lake, but also in the park, the forests and in the mountains.
