This flat here is a modern 2 room apartment in the 2nd floor/attic, with combined living room and kitchen, own bath/WC + sleeping room with bath/WC + balcony with very nice hill and lake view.
Your home for some time is equipped with a cosy sofa, a big table with chairs, a modern kitchenette with all equipment you need incl. dishwasher.
You have an own parking space and may use the garden and the terrace. Besides that you may use our a washing machine and a dryer.
Heating consumption is to be paid additionaly for according to actual consumption or flat rate if necessary. The apartment is heated with infrared heaters!
Surcharges may apply from June to September. Please see our internetsite or ask. Additionally to the rent, each person has to pay a local tax of 2,20 € per night for the first 60 nights of their stay.
The cost for electricity and warm water are charged separately!
