3 room apartment with two bedrooms

The apartment was opened in June 2013. We have it restored completely energy efficient and thereby only used ecological building materials, especially wood. In harmony with the surrounding nature, it reflects the modern architecture of Vorarlberg.

A separate entrance leads you into the fully equipped apartment. Wood is our favorite material, so we often used it, yet unobtrusive. A generous glazing with a balcony overlooking the Ruggbach and its forest cover, provide a wonderful atmosphere and deep relaxation.

It offers self-catering accommodation for short terms, just 500 meters from the center of Lochau and Lake Constance. Benefits include a kitchen with dishwasher, free Wi-Fi and a furnished balcony.

This fully furnished apartment has 2 bedrooms, a sleeping area on the gallery and a flat-screen TV. Bread rolls are delivered on request to the apartment.

Directly in front of the house begin hiking and biking trails and a station of the Montafon-Arlberg skitrain is 900 meters away.

Within 30 minutes you can reach the skiarea “Boedele”.

Two bus stops with bus connections to Bregenz and Lindau are just a 2 minute walk away.

Two golf courses, the Golf Club Lindau-Bad Schachen and the Bodensee Weißensberg Golf Club are 15 minutes away from the property.
