Our house is only 500 metres away from lake Mondsee . Several excursion destinations are within a few minutes' reach. Leisure facilities are anywhere around the lake. We offer sports equipment, such as bikes and kayaks in our house.
The 1 room apartment in the 2nd (last) floor is equipped with a double bed, a cosy Sofa group, a big table with chairs. The kitchenette with water cooker, coffee machine and full equipment for cooking, has 2 hot plates, a small oven and a dishwasher is also available in the apartment. The bathroom has a window, a shower, a toilet, a sink and some space;-) You can of course use the garden, the terrace and the parking space.
A big bathing place is 500 m away (6 min by foot, 1 min by bike, 30 seconds by car).
Bed sheets/linen and towels available upon request.
Electricity consumption is to be paid for according to actual consumption. The apartment is heated with infrared heaters!
Additionally to the rent each person has to pay a local tax of 2,20 € per night for the first 60 nights of their stay.
