The well-known restaurant "KultURwirtshaus Urbankeller" and the "kleines theater" is located in the same building as the apartment. A parking lot just across the street is available daily from 5pm to 9am in the next morning. (free of charge).
The rental takes place only due to business matters from two weeks up to 6 months.
