Offering 110 m2 of living space, our apartment is the most luxurious of our apartments. Additional to the spacious living area you will enjoy a breathtaking view from our 40 m2 south terrace to the surrounding mountains and in the garden.
The open fire place in the living room will grant a cosy ambiance during your stay.

2 seperate bedrooms - one with a 180 x 220 cm kingsized waterbed and one with a 160 x 200 queensized bed - and 2 bathrooms are ideal for 4 guests. In addition we offer a baby bed if requested.

Our non smoking apartment is ideal for your stay with a minimum booking period of one month. Downtown is within walking distance (20 minutes) or may be reached by public transportation in 5 minutes.
In addition we offer the possibility to rent a bike which maks you independet from public transportation.

Exciting shopping facilities are presented by the nearby Europark shopping mall – Austria’s most attractive mall, the DOC Outlet and Salzburg’s most exciting cinema – the CinePlexx.

All tourist attractions and sights of Salzburg and the surrounding area can be reached effortless and comfortable.
