The fully equipped flat can accomodate up to 4 persons.

a bedroom - choose between 2 single beds or 1 double bed
a living room with kitchen and dining place
a bathroom with bathtube and WC

From the living room you can go on the private terrace which has a beautiful view over the green inner courtyard.

The public transport network is perfect accessible. Therefore the next stops of bus, tram and metro are just a few meters away. As the intervals are very short (every 3-5 minutes) you do not have to wait long. So all the major Viennese sights anc cultural highlights can be reached within a short time.

For your car we can offer you a garage for EUR 15 per day. The city tax (local tax) is calculated as a percentage of the apartment price, will be collected additionally at check-in (cash or credit card) and is paid directly to the city of Vienna.

Next to the apartments many shopping facilites, supermarkets, banks and a post office can be found. For all those who do not want to cook we can recommend the restaurants in the neigbourhood which really offer delishious Viennese and international cuisine.
