Comfortable, modern studio apartment with lovely river and mountain views from the Juliet balcony. 2nd floor. Free WIFI. Free parking (subject to availability).
Located in a residential apartment house about 15 minute’s walk from the centre and on a good bus route. The bus stop is directly outside the building.
Our apartment sleeps up to 2 guests and is adults only.
The apartment has :
Main room with sleeping area, sitting area and kitchen.
Kitchen area with 4 ring hob, microwave and refrigerator.
Crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
Kettle, coffee maker and toaster
Shower room with hairdryer and washing machine
All bed linen and towels are provided
Large lockable private storage area ideal for bicycles and sports
equipment ( this is on the ground floor of the building)
Our guests can also use the residents' shared parking area , although space is limited and we cannot guarantee a parking space.

Note: Bad Ischl Local Authority charges a tourist tax of €2 per person per day. This is not included in the rental price. We collect this on behalf of the Bad Ischl Local Authority. Guests who are working or studying in Bad Ischl may be able to register as temporary residents and will not need to pay the tourist tax.
