It is furnished with furniture from different eras, most of which comes from family ownership. Cosiness, the opportunity to relax and browse the books in the small library make this apartment stand out. The two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. Also a travel cot and two high chairs are available on request. The living / dining area is complemented by a small balcony, which is oriented to the south / west and therefore invites you to linger on nice days. The particularly quiet location and a good infrastructure ensure a relaxed living. Restaurants, food market, tram stop, bank and bakery can be reached in about 3 minutes. The LKH Graz is just as close to the Medical University. On foot, by bicycle or by tram - you can get fast to the K.F. University, the University of Arts, Technical University, Opera and the Center.
