Brand new bright apartment with balcony views across Vienna. The flat is centrally located with direct access to train (main train station), underground (tube) and cycle paths. It's situated next to the Belvedere Palace and Swiss Park (Schweizergarten) where you can take a stroll or jog. Vienna city center is 10 min, by underground U1 which is next to the apartment. There are many shops, restaurants and bistros in this new and upcoming area.

The apartment is fully furnished including all kitchen amenities, fully equipped bathroom (incl. hairdryer), washer/dryer and a fully furnished gym usable for free in the building.

The space

The flat features an open Loggia/Balcony with views across parts of Vienna to the hillsides. The apartment has climate control, air conditioning and automatic blinds on all balcony doors.

Living Room/Kitchen:
The living room features an open space with local cable tv and possibility to view Netflix/Amazon Prime (membership required) via the built in apps. There is a pull out couch that sleeps two (Double Bed 2.00m x 1.40m).

The kitchen is fully equipped including a french coffee machine or Nespresso machine (tabs need to be supplied), stove/oven microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen bar table seats four and can only be used as additional workspace.

The balcony features a small table with two chairs and a lounge chair for sunbathing in the afternoons.

The bedroom features a grand king size bed (2.00m x 1.80m) and large cupboard with traditional hangars, trouser hangars and drawers. There is also a flatscreen TV on the wall.

The bathroom features a bathtub/shower and sink and is equipped with hairdryer and towels.

Storage Room:
There is a washer/dryer in the storage room for personal use. There is also a pull out clothes line to hang your clothes to dry. Here you will also find a vacuum cleaner, iron & ironing board and cleaning essentials.

Guest access

Guests have access to:
