The apartment is located in a renovated two-storey Gründerzeit house from 1871, has its own cozy outdoor area and is fully equipped so that it is possible to move in only with a suitcase. On request, a Park Chip (5€/day) can be provided for a car to park in the immediate area. In fact, in the whole of Vienna, resident parking applies.

In the spacious bedroom overlooking the garden is a king size bed (180x200 cm) and boxes and chests of drawers with a lot of storage space.
In the living room there is a workstation with desk and USB power ports, a reading corner and a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 4 people.

The house is located in a Gründerzeit quarter in a one-way street, is connected to the Vienna high spring water pipeline, and offers perfect connections to the public transport network. Approx. 50-100 meters away are stations of the streetcar line 2, 9, 43, 44 and bus 10A.

In 5 minutes walking distance there are many supermarkets, pharmacies, theaters, post office and a 24h Mini Market. In 10 minutes distance is a small shopping center and the Brunnenmarkt, one of the hippest areas of Vienna, with the longest street market in Europe and many scene pubs.
