Brief description
Are you looking for a stylish apartment with a view? We rent our lovingly individually designed loft (72m², 2.5 rooms) in a newly renovated old building. The loft is flooded with light and has a very cozy charm. Special features are the unobstructed view over Vienna, a spacious living-dining area, separate bedroom, walk-in closet and a 7m² balcony in the inner courtyard. The barrier-free apartment near Westbahnhof is very well connected to public transport: U3 / U6.

The accommodation
Our spacious design-loft near Westbahnhof / Mariahilferstrasse is perfect for enjoying life in Vienna. In the morning at breakfast the sun shines through the large, bright, south-facing window front. In the living room there is a beautiful Swedish stove and a stylish brick wall from the turn of the century. The cozy couch area and the large dining table invite you to a get-together. A relaxed movie evening can be enjoyed in the TV room with smart TV and a comfortable couch. The TV room is optically separated from the living room / dining area with a room divider and an electric curtain. Two additional guests can also sleep on the comfortable sofa bed (1,6x2m). The modern kitchen invites you to cook with a large work block, Bosch induction cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher and a spacious Bosch fridge / freezer. The newly renovated bathroom attracts with a bathtub for a cozy relaxation bath. With the Hue light system you can choose different mood colors in the bathroom as well as in the rest of the apartment. The walk-in closet provides plenty of storage space and a great look. On the quiet inner courtyard side, the apartment trumps with a ~ 7m² balcony and a nice seating area. The cozy bedroom is equipped with a small workspace - perfect for home office. (There would also be space for a second home-office place in the TV room). The apartment is furnished with a lot of love and high quality original designer furniture, including Kartell and Vitra. The apartment offers spaciousness thanks to the high walls of the old building and large rooms.
You can easily reach your barrier-free domicile with the house lift. There is a bicycle in the in-house bicycle cellar that can be used to explore Vienna. There are many public parking places in front of the house in Felberstrasse – which is not the norm in Vienna :-)

The apartment has a great public connection. 2 minutes walk to the underground station Schweglerstr U3 and bus stop Schmelzbrücke 12A, 9 minutes walk to the Westbahnhof U6 & long-distance traffic as well as to Mariahilferstr. Stephansplatz (1st district) is a 9-minute drive away with U3.

Supermarkets like Lidl or Billa are only a 2 minute walk away. Schönbrunn Palace is only 1.6 km away.

Popular restaurants such as AllReis, Bieriger, Diwan, Kent, Augustin or the Exil bar as well as Blue Tomato and the Schwendermarkt are around the corner.
