The house in which the apartment is on the 1st floor (accessible by elevator or via a spacious staircase) dates from 1695 and was extensively renovated in 2015 with great attention to detail under monument protection regulations.

You enter the apartment, which you can secure with an alarm system.
In the spacious entrance area you can see built-in cupboards made by the carpenter and you have a direct view of the living room through a glass door.
The open kitchen adjoins. In addition to a fridge and freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood and dishwasher, a wine refrigerator is also available for you.
In the living-dining area (26 sqm) you will find the comfortable large sofa as well as the solid wood dining table (160x90) and of course a flat-screen TV (50 ").
The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (180x200) and a large wardrobe (150cm), the guest or study with a desk, a wardrobe and a sofa bed (140x200). From the WZ, SZ and AZ you have a direct view of the Salzach.
In addition to a shower room (with integrated radio) with toilet, there is a separate guest toilet.
You have a locked storage room for vacuum cleaners, ironing boards, cleaning utensils, etc. Outside the apartment there is also an extra storage room just for you.
If you like to travel by bike, you can deposit it directly in the entrance area of the house in a locked bike cellar.
IMPORTANT: The apartment is only rented to non-smokers. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the apartment.
