Two comfortable, bright rooms in a “Gruenderzeit-House" (heritage building), with excellent public transport connections: the 43 tram takes you to the city (Schottentor/University) in just 12 minutes, and the nearest metro (U6 Alserstrasse) is only a 5-minute walk away.
The spacious 60m² apartment sleeps 3 and has everything you need for a pleasant vacation or a successful business trip. The apartment has a large (20 m²) living-room furnished with a dining table, a pull-out sofa, TV and DVD. The living room and the bedroom both have parquet flooring. The tiled bathroom has a tub and shower, and a washing-machine. The toilet is separate.

The kitchen has a nice breakfast bar with a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher and all kitchen essentials (pots and pans, tableware and utensils). Also included are: an ironing board and iron; pillows, blankets, bedclothes, towels; kitchen basics.
Sport and recreational facilities are just about 300 m away in the “Joergerbad” with indoor swimming-pool, outdoor pool and sauna. There is also quite near an ice-skating place over the roofs of Vienna in winter and to play soccer in the summer, bowling-allies, indoor golf and a fitness center.
Public parking lots are usually available in front of the house (fees apply on working days from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm). Depending on availability, I offer daily flat-rate tickets for € 4.10.
