You will find a very comfortable and cozy apartment within a fin-de-siècle building situated in a specially popular corner of the 17th district of Vienna near Elterleinplatz and AKH with an excellent access to public transportation to the inner city.

The spacious 58 m² apartment sleeps 3 and has everything you need for a pleasant vacation or a successful business trip.
As soon as you enter the foyer the comfortable and welcoming 2-room-apartment in the Mezzanine will receive you with the distinctive charm of Vienna’s “old” buildings.
The kitchen which is equipped with an espresso machine, dish washer and all the necessary kitchen utensils helps you to get a perfect start into the morning. The beautiful bedroom positioned along a quiet inner courtyard will provide everything for a pleasant sleep. In the cozy living room you can finish your day in a relaxed atmosphere.
Apart from a dining table you will find a big extensible sofa, cable TV, DVD-player and a spacious working area.

In the bathroom you can indulge yourself in a big corner-shaped bathtub with a shower. The toilet is separate.

Sport and recreational facilities are just about 300 m away in the “Joergerbad” with indoor swimming-pool, outdoor pool and sauna. There is also quite near an ice-skating place over the roofs of Vienna in winter and to play soccer in the summer, bowling-allies, indoor golf and a fitness center.

Public parking lots are usually available in front of the house (fees apply on working days from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm). Depending on availability, I offer daily flat-rate tickets for € 4.10.
