Loft 27 is a quiet, light-flooded 85 m² two-room apartment (non-smoking) with a separate entrance in a private family house in the upscale residential district of Morzg.
The special characteristic of the apartment is the bright and open floor plan with high-quality vintage design furniture and a view of the forest, meadow and mountains. The entire apartment was renovated with heart and soul in the spring of 2022 and is equipped with a high-quality open kitchen including a dining table, a spacious living area, a workspace with forest views, a 24 m² bedroom.
The existing and well maintained garden is directly accessible from the apartment and free parking is possible in front of the house.

The apartment is located in the center of Salzburg Stadt-Morzg, close to the famous baroque park and the corresponding Palace of Hellbrunn. The old town of Salzburg as well as the main train station can be reached directly via the two nearby bus stations of line 5 and 25 or quickly and comfortably by bike.
