Cosy apartment for up to 4 people with 1 king-size double bed and two single beds in separate room. One additional baby bed and baby seat available in apartment if needed for guests or family.

The apartment is fully equipped for longer stays for work or leisure. Fast wireless internet and office chair and table are available and the TV is connected to satellite and Internet for entertainment.

In the basement there is a garage which is optionally included. From the garage or the ground floor an elevator brings you to the apartment.

The main room consists of a dining section, a big sofa section, the bed section with sideboard separated by a design shelf-wall. The kitchen section is separated by a bar and consists of a range of electric appliances like fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, stove and oven, extractor hood, sandwich maker, coffee machine and water boiler.
The balcony offers a nice view on the park in front of the building.

The guest room contains two single bed rooms and a big closet and shelves with children games and books. It has a tall window with a view into the yard and a glass door towards the winter garden.

There are several tram stations close by and via the metro station the center of Vienna can be reached in about 20 minutes from the apartment. Different supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are very close including the very well known and popular Tichy ice store.
