The apartment is located on the third floor of a well-maintained historic building right on the traffic-calmed Brigittaplatz – one of the most charming spots in the up-and-coming 20th district, next to a listed church and a historic civic building. A lift is available, making access easy and convenient.

At 37 m², the apartment faces east over a generous courtyard, keeping it pleasantly quiet throughout the day. The balcony (9m2) is filled with plants and serves as a wonderful extension of the living area. The combined living and sleeping area features a solid beech wood double bed, a fold-out couch bed, a spacious wardrobe and a work desk – well suited for those who work remotely or need a productive home base. Two windows fitted with blackout roller blinds ensure restful sleep even after sunrise.

The separate eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, gas hob, electric oven, coffee machine and washing machine; glasses and tableware are provided.
