The apartment features separate areas for living, cooking and sleeping and is fully furnished and equipped – all you need to bring are your personal belongings.
A communal laundry room and a bicycle storage room are available in the basement.
One parking space is included in the rent. A bicycle is also available for the tenant’s use.
The apartment is heated by a fully automatic pellet heating system. The pellets only need to be refilled occasionally.
Please note that this apartment is rented exclusively for temporary professional or academic stays.
