Our house is only 500 metres away from lake Mondsee . Several excursion destinations are within a few minutes' reach.
Leisure facilities can be found around the lake. We offer sports equipment, such as bikes and kayaks.
It is a room with balcony and shower/ toilet equipped with a double bed, a table and a some furniture like a single sofa. You can use the garden, as well as the parking space. Near the guesthouse is a big bathing place (500 m; 6 min by foot, 1 min by bike, 30 seconds by car).
Any heating costs or electricity for your own electrical devices must be paid additionally. The electricity consumption for this must be paid according to actual consumption or as a flat rate. The apartment is heated with infrared heaters!
Bed sheets/linen and towels available upon request.
Surcharges may apply from June to September. Please see our internetsite or ask. Additionally to the rent, each person has to pay a local tax of 2,50 € per night for the first 60 nights of their stay if you do not register at the community.
