I am renting out my light-flooded, 45 m² apartment for a month - ideal for anyone who wants to enjoy Salzburg in a top location. The apartment is located in a quiet residential street right in front of the old town, in the popular Riedenburg district. From here you can really do everything on foot:

In 5 minutes you are in the city center, at the supermarket, in the gym or at the hairdresser.

In 8 minutes you can walk to the Salzach and enjoy the riverside promenade.

The apartment itself is cozy and well equipped:

The well-kept, modern house has an elevator, nice neighbors and a bus stop right outside the door - in case you don't want to walk.

PS: This is my private home with my furniture and everything that is dear to me. I am therefore looking for a careful, quiet and adult, working tenant who will take great care of my apartment, keep it clean and treat everything with respect.
