Cozy apartment in the souterrain/basement

Our apartments are located in a 2-family house right in the center of Abtenau. In the greater apartment on the ground floor, on about 110m ², it can be excellently holiday; spacious facilities. You have a fantastic view of the Tennengebirge. Good equipped kitchen, bathroom with towels, Wc, tiled stove, entrance hall with comfortable seating, dining room, large living room with TV and another bed for 2 persons.
In our smaller apartment in the basement (souterrain), on about 85m² it can be comfortably holiday, especially if you are traveling during the day and in the evening have a cozy place and spacious facilities. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with towels, Wc (over the corridor), large kitchen with dining table, sofa, TV.
For a large family is therefore enough space in our house; all could come together for a meal at the round dining table in the ground floor apartment.
