swimming-pool, outdoor pool and sauna. There is also quite near an iceskating place over the roofs of Vienna in winter and to play soccer in the summer, bowling-allies, indoor golf and a fitness center.
Excellent public transport connections: You can reach the city center/ Ringstraße quickly in approximate 12 minutes.
Parking: Depending on availability, I offer daily flat-rate tickets for € 4.10.
