Design apartment in the heart of Vienna

The apartment is available for a short period of time between March and August (1.3. - 1.8.2023) with a possibility of an extension, upon agreement.

This 1-bedroom apartment was designed and renovated by us a few years ago and we are searching for someone who will take care of it as if it’s theirs. It’s perfect for one person or a couple with its open and circular floor plan. The three french windows in the living area and two windows in the bedroom, all facing southwest, offer plenty of light and sun during the day.

In the apartment you can find:
- Bedlinen and towels (if needed)
- King-size bed (2x 90cmx200cm)
- Washing machine
- Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave
- Working table (with Ink printer)
- Huge extendable the sofa with quality of a bed mattress
- WiFi
- Book library (with English, German and Slovenian literature, art, architecture, etc. in case this is something that you enjoy)

The building is located in the heart of Vienna. You will stay on the famous Mariahilferstrasse shopping street in the lively 6th district where you can find everything you need and anything you want:
- Social life with a variety of great bars, cafes, and restaurants
- Pharmacy, drugstore, kiosk, bakery literary in front of the house
- Literary a step away you find yourself in MuseumsQuartier, KHM and NHM, Volkstheater + many other cultural institutions
- Stephansplatz: 15 min
