A GUIDED APARTMENT TOUR
You enter the apartment through a representative double door, which was re-built to match the looks of the original doors from 1900. The representative entrance area provides enough space for wardrobe and shoes and offers you access to the newly renovated shower and powder room to the left and the newly furbished kitchen to the right. The shower room is relatively small in space, but provides you with a comfortable rain shower and enough space for toiletries. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything being provided to make you feel at home.

The living room is separated into a dining and a reception area. The round dinner table comfortably sits four people, but is extendable to host a party of six. A very comfortable sofa invites you to rest and enjoy a movie after a long day of work. The 50’’ LED TV is connected to the internet, a Netflix account is provided with free-of-charge streaming of thousands of films, series and shows. The sofa can be unfolded to a full queen size bed in case you are having some guests visiting you.

The bedroom offers an ubber comfortable king size bed with anti-allergic bedding, enough space for your clothes and a full-size desk, in case you have to do some work. An open, loft-style bathroom with a small Jacuzzi is the highlight of this room and invites you to relax after a long day of work.

Public transportation makes it very easy to reach major spots in Vienna.
You can reach Vienna’s Mariahilfer Straße – our biggest shopping street – in 10 minutes. For the old historic city center, you just take the tram to Westbahnhof and from the U3 to Stephansplatz and you’ll be there in less than 20 minutes.
Museumsquartier – a yard with multiple museums, restaurants and bars – is also reachable with the U3 until Volkstheater in approximately 15 minutes.
For Karlsplatz (Vienna State Opera, Kärntner Straße, Albertina Museum) you just walk to the U4 and take it to there (~15 minutes). For Naschmarkt, Viennas biggest food market, which turns into a flea market every Saturday, you stop at Kettenbrückengasse (~13 minutes).
