Gaby - an apartment with a soul

This very bright temporary apartment of 30 sq.m. is situated on the 2nd floor (lift available) in a traditional house of Vienna, located in a side-street. The apartment is a studio: one sleeping-living room with a fully-equipped kitchen corner, a little hall and a bathroom with a shower and a WC. There are two broad beds (90 cm each) that can be used as twin beds or can be combined to form a double.

Bed linen and towels will be changed once a week. Every second week cleaning of the apartment takes place. No charges for the end cleaning. TV & radio available on demand, against registration fee (according to the Austrian law on broadcasting fees).

The location is perfect:
1.there are two subway stations about 500 m away: the U4 line (you reach the heart of the City in ca 10 minutes) and the line U6 (direction Volksoper, AKH, Grinzing with its famous wine taverns, Kahlenberg);
2. there are two bus stops - the lines 9A and 15A - about 150 m away;
3. the train station Meidling is about 1 km away (ca 15 minutes on foot);
4. there are three supermarkets (Merkur, Hofer, Plus) round the corner;
5. a shopping street (Meidlinger Hauptstrasse) with all its shops, restaurants, cafés, banks, pharmacies and post office is about 450 m away;
6. the Schönbrunn Park with its castle, palm house and zoo can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. That park is also just perfect for Jogging.
7. there is a swimming hall (both indoors and outdoors - the latter with a large lawn) ca 400 m away and a fitness centre is about 600 m away;
8. in the vicinity there are numerous good and recommendable restaurants, offering both traditional Austrian as well as foreign cuisine (Italian, Japanese, Bosnian).

1. we speak German, English, Polish, Russian and Slovak.
2. it is expected that the tenant has his/her permanent residence elsewhere (outside of Vienna) and that this apartment is to satisfy his/her temporary lodging demand only (e.g. caused by a temporary dispatch due to a professional assignment, internship, temporary project etc).
