A direct tram connection leads to Schönbrunn Palace and Zoo as well as the train station Westbahnhof. Parking is free around the clock in the area. The apartment can be easily reached with or without car.

The tram stop is located next to the newly renovated residential building. It is only a two-minute walk to the nearest pharmacy and a four-minute walk to a large supermarket and tobacco shop.

The apartment impresses with its location and room layout. It has an open living and dining area, two bedrooms including a home office space. The smaller bedroom can also be converted into a twin room thanks to the stacking beds. A high chair and a crib are provided for toddlers and babies. Bathroom and toilet are separated. In the wardrobe as well as in the separate storage room is enough storage space.
