A bath room with bathtub, shower and two large washbasins, a separate toilet with bidet and urinal. You find as well a convenient utility- and wellness room with sitting area, sauna and steam bath.
UNBEATABLE RESIDENTIAL AREA: 5 minutes to the Autobahn (A1), a 2 minute walk to the next bus stop, 5 minutes to the main station (Hauptbahnhof), the post office and the shopping mall. Schloß Mirabell and the inner city are also within walking distance (15-20 mins.).
A QUIET PLACE: nobody will disturb your panoramic view over the roofs of the district up to Maria Plain (basilica of pilgrimage), neither a neighbor nor traffic noise and you probably won’t disturb anybody either, even when practising with instruments!
Pets are not allowed (allergies, quality of furnishing).
A carport is ready in the courtyard, as well as a parking slot for a surcharge.
