This newly renovated, lovely apartment is located in the heart of Graz and can be booked for one to four people on demand. The tram stop, supermarkets and a pharmacy are minutes away from the house. The "Grazer Messe" and the city center of Graz are within walking distance.
Fee- based parking is available in front of the house (weekdays from 8 pm to 9 am and on the weekends & holidays it’s free).
You will find a brand new kitchen, including a dishwasher and an oven. The bathroom has a shower as well as a bathtub and there is a separate toilet. There are two more rooms; one bedroom with a king- sized bed, the other room can serve as a living room, as it comes with a satellite flat-srceen TV, but it can also be used as a bedroom with one or two beds, depending on your request.
