Our Lifestyle Apartments are young, stylish, modern and trendy. - simply a comfortable home - while travelling. My newly renovated apartment close to the city center, lies right in the heart of Graz. Let it be your starting point for sightseeing, shopping or your business trip. When you come back home, a wonderful, stylish and fully equipped apartment is waiting for you. Free wi-fi, a stereo-device with cd and bluetooth, a fully equipped kitchen. Coffee-machine, dish-washer, stove, microwave and a table for 4 persons make your stay even more pleasant. You will have your own private terrace and a little garden. If you arrive by car, we provide a parking garage for free. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a shower as well as a washing machine and a laundry dryer.
Self Check in is possible 24 h so you can be flexible with your time of arrival. If needed I will personally hand over the keys. Please note, that I will charge a deposit twohundredfifty Euros upon arrival. I can only acept cash.
The apartment is situated right in the city center. Just a few minutes away you will shops, bars, restaurants supermarkets and public transportation. Only one minute to visit the beautiful Grazer Kunsthaus, Graz main square is only 5 minutes away.
Long rent (2 month up to 6 month): weekly cleaning service € 45,- is mandatory.
