It is completely furnished for immediate occupancy and fully equipped. Both the quiet situation of the bedroom with a spacious balcony overlooking the courtyard of the house, as well as the location with very good infrastructure and proximity to the Mariahilfer Straße and the inner city, characterize this short term accommodation.
A bus stop (48A) is located directly in front of the house. This line takes you to the underground (U3) within a few minutes. Only 5 minutes walk away there is another underground (U6) and tram stop (BurggasseStadthalle).
Around the corner in the Kaiserstraße there´s another tram stop (5) heading towards Westbahnhof or Praterstern.
There is a parking garage with long term parking in Burggasse. The apartment is conveniently located close to many local amenities.
Also within a few minutes there is a big shopping mall “Lugner City” with cinemas, the city´s main library as well as the Wiener Stadthalle (Austria's largest event Center). The Spittelberg Quartier with loads of hip and trendy places and the National Theatre are within walking distance. Mariahilferstraße, the biggest shopping street in town, is only 3 stops on the tram (5).
The City Centre is also only a few stops away on various modes of public transport.
