For personal reasons, I am moving out of my apartment which I bought two years ago and I am looking for someone to rent my apartment rather short term (anything between two months to one year).

My apartment is part of a brand new building complex and decorated with taste. It comes fully furnished (high quality furniture such as leather sofa, hard wooden floors, designer kitchen, built-in closets, quality mattresses, etc.) and comes fully equipped. Tenants may also use the common areas, such as a roof top sauna, engage in community gardening, and use the social rooms.

It's ideal for professionals, couples or small families.

The apartment comprises of one bedroom with a double bed, one office room (space for a single or sofa bed), one bathroom and separate toilet, and one kitchen / living room with en suite loggia facing south. The size of the flat is 80 m2 and it's located on the second floor.

There is a range of grocery stores and a large shopping mall nearby. The area is green and quiet, however the city center can be reached within 30 minutes by public transportation. The tram way lines connecting to U1 and U6 are 25 and 26. Both the U1 station Kagran and the U6 station Floridsdorf can also be reached by foot in 15 minutes. A parking lot (garage) is also available for tenants with their own car.

When considering to rent my apartment, please keep in mind that this this space means a lot to me and I kindly ask tenants to treat it with care. As the flat has hardwooden oak floors which is sensitive to water, lease do not wear your street shoes inside and avoid water to stay on the floor. It is also highly appreciated to keep the flat clean. A weekly cleaning service can be arranged at an additional charge.
