Our 1 bedroom premium-quality apartment is located in the popular 6th district of Vienna right behind the historic Raimund theatre, in a quiet side street. From several adjoining subway stations (Line U3, U4, U6), it takes only a few minutes to Vienna’s city center, with all its attractions and its unique cultural offerings. Should you travel from the new Vienna Central Railway Station (Hauptbahnhof), you can get to our apartment easily by tram. From Vienna airport a bus shuttle takes you near to the apartment. In the nearby Railway Station West (Westbahnhof) you can find plenty of shops, some of which are open also on Sundays. If you wish to do more extensive shopping, the close-by Mariahilfer Straße - Vienna’s most popular shopping street - is the place to go. The numerous cafes and restaurants in the area surrounding the apartment provide a great opportunity to enjoy the City’s culinary delights. Notwithstanding the excellent infrastructure, the apartment - as it faces the building’s inner courtyard - is very quiet and gets great light.

The high quality equipped apartment (parquet and marble flooring) has been entirely refurbished only in March 2015. The spacious living room (size: 25m²) includes a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with fridge (incl. freezer compartment), cooker, microwave oven with grill function, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, dishes and further kitchenware as well as a dining table and four chairs. Moreover, the living room features a sofa (which pulls out to a bed for 2), an LED flat panel television (46"/117cm screen size) with cable TV, a DVD-Player and a Radio. Certainly, the apartment has a high-speed internet connection (Wi-Fi). A hallway (with shoe rack and wardrobe), bedroom (with double bed and large closet), bathroom (bath tub; washing machine) and a separate toilet complete the apartment.
