On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find everything you need for everyday life – an ATM, a pharmacy, a bakery, a hairdresser, a pizzeria, and even a snack stand. Grocery stores and supermarkets are just a few minutes’ walk away, and a gas station is only about 350 meters from the building.
Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment offers a quiet atmosphere with an unobstructed view over Linz. Right in front of the building, you’ll find tram lines 1 and 2 as well as several bus routes (18, 25, 103, N82). The nearby WIFI education center can be reached in less than 2 minutes, Linz main station in about 5 minutes, and the charming city center with its many restaurants, shops, and leisure options in around 10 minutes.
The location is also ideal for drivers: the A7 motorway can be reached in just about 2 minutes. Ample parking spaces are available on the property – reserved exclusively for tenants and owners. While the spots are not individually assigned, there is always plenty of parking available.
