2 GuestsThe 3-room-appartement is on the groundfloor and has a nice kitchen/living area. Also there are two seperate sleepingrooms. In the bigger room is a bed with 1,40 m, in the smaller room is a bed with 1,00 m. There is a bathroom with shower/toilet and also a seperate toilet, also a storage room. To the appartement belongs a big terrace in the first floor. Washing possibility is in the neighbour-house.
A parking space is in front of the house, it is paid seperatly.
We just rent the appartement for people which work in Salzburg, no renting for tourists.
Our appartement is for the first periode to come to salzburg and see, how you like work at Salzburg. The most renters of us are looking (after the decision to stay in Salzburg) for an unfurnished flat in Salzburg.
We also rent for companies which rent the appartement for their employees.
