The completely furnished, bright and comfy apartment has a size of 64qm in total. From the entrance area you can directly enter the separate toilet, the bathroom (with bathtub and washing machine) and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with sink, dish washer, oven, gas cooking plate and refrigerator incl. ice box. Beside all necessary cookware dishes are available for up to six people.

From the kitchen you can either enter the extra room or the living room, where a big table with chairs and a sofa will make you feel comfortable.

Just next to the living room you will find the bedroom with a king-size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk ideal for working or studying.

The king-size bed and the extendible couch provide a sleeping place for up to four persons. All street-sided windows are equipped with electric driven shades.

Various local supplier, bakeries, restaurants, pharmacies and the hospital Wilhelminenspital are very close to the apartment. Different kinds of public transport, such as metro U3, s-train S45, busses (48A, 46A/B) and trams (10, 46, 44) are in the immediate vicinity and will bring you within approx. 20 minutes into the city center. Recreation areas such as Steinhofgründe, Viennese Forrest, Wilhelminenberg and the imperial palace Schönbrunn with its park and garden can be reached even faster for doing sport or just relax.
