The new built apartment is located in the west side of the center of Graz. The apartment is just 5 minutes walk away from the famous town (Hauptplatz) hall square, also the Kunsthaus, the Murinsel.
There is also very good infrastructure. The next public transportation (Südtirolerplatz) is 300 Meter from the apartment located. Next to the apartment are shops, parks, doctors and a lot of public space.
The Building was built in 2020. The apartment is located on the 5th floor with elevator with beautiful view through the skyline of Graz. The apartment has 54 m² and a big balcony with 21 m².
