Pearl no.18: In the middle of the university district between lake and old town

The accommodation

We warmly welcome you to our stylish, comfortable 2-room apartment on the west side with a sunny loggia and a beautiful view of the countryside. Our pearl is located in a quiet street in the middle of Klagenfurt's university district. At the same time, Lake Wörthersee and the old town are within walking distance.

In the friendly living-dining area you don't have to worry about anything but yourself. At the dining table you can end the day with delicious food and a good glass of wine, relax on the couch with lots of cushions or relax with a good coffee at the bar .

In the open kitchen you will find everything you need for uncomplicated cooking - a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment and of course various kitchen utensils. A radio for relaxing hours is also available.

The living-dining area leads to the west-facing loggia with an inviting lounge set, also furnished with pillows and blankets. A parasol can provide shade in the hot hours. You will also find an electric grill there. So you can enjoy your free time carefree.

The bright bedroom has a comfortable 160cm x 2m bed. Bed linen, some reading material and an alarm clock are provided. You will find enough storage space in a large closet and in the chests of drawers in the hallway. You can work in peace at a small desk.

In the white-grey bathroom you can relax in the bathtub from the new everyday life. Towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron and an ironing board, a laundry basket, brooms and a vacuum cleaner are available on site.

You can park your car for free on the streets around the apartment. On request, we can also provide you with a parking card for the parking spaces in front of the house for a small fee. However, please note that parking spaces cannot be guaranteed.

If you prefer to get to your destination by bike, you can park it in the specially designed basement compartment. Please let us know so that we can explain access to you. We can also lend you a bike.

If you want to travel with more than two people, we can assist you and provide a comfortable and high air bed for two more people. Please contact us beforehand.

The environment
In our popular and safe district you will find everything you need for everyday life within walking distance. All of Klagenfurt's highlights can also be reached on foot or by bike.

Directly from the front door you can easily walk to the old town of Klagenfurt, admire the small historic town or just watch the hustle and bustle in a café on the old square. The best way to get to the city center is via the cycle and footpath along the Lend Canal.

If you walk in the opposite direction from our holiday apartment on the Lend Canal, you can easily reach the beautiful eastern bay of the turquoise-blue Lake Wörthersee. In the Lido, for example, you can have a drink or eat something right by the lake.

If you want to plan the day comfortably, you will find a traditional Carinthian delicacy bakery (Wienerroither) right in front of the front door in our well-kept district. The delicious and hip Uniwirt and two pizzerias are just one street away from the apartment. The University of Klagenfurt can be reached in 4 minutes by foot.
