The apartment is located in a quiet settlement on the outskirts of Salzburg. The superb connection to public transport (3 bus lines + S-Bahn stop nearby) combine both the feeling of living in the countryside and the infrastructure of a city.

In the apartment there is a bathroom with ground-level shower (rain shower) and an extra toilet. The bedroom was connected with the children's room by an additional passage during construction. The children's room is currently used as an office, but can also be used as a bedroom for small children (crib is available if needed). The large bright living room has a top equipped kitchen, dining table with 4 chairs and with two comfortable sofas. The large TV is 180° swiveling and can be seen from the entire room, so also from the cozy loggia.

The apartment faces the inner courtyard, so there is no street noise.
