We provide nice guests (non-smokers) , a 70 - sqm ground floor apartment with private entrance to our home in Traun. It is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the city center Traun .

The apartment consists of living room (28 sqm) , kitchen ( 14 sqm) , bedroom ( 12 sqm) , bathroom (6 sqm) , toilet, entrance hall and Loggia (18 sqm). Comfortable warmth with underfloor heating. Ample parking space available .

# Living room : TV with satellite channels , DVD player, sofa with sleeping accommodation for 2 people as well as space for an extra bed. Bed linen available. It should be mentioned that 2 roof domes are present, which can not be obscure , so it gets light very early in the summer in the living room .

# Bedroom: double bed and generous storage space in built-in boxes . Bed linen available.

# Bathroom with corner jacuzzi bathtub, washing machine, infrared additional heating, towels.

# Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with electric stove and oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer , kettle , coffee maker, Nespresso capsule machine ( capsules , we can make available for a small charge ) . Crockery for 6 people present. Dining area for 6 people.
