The accommodation offers space for up to 8 guests. The two bedrooms with double beds sleep 4 people. In the spacious living area, the sofa bed can be converted to provide sleeping space for 2 additional guests. The entire apartment is very bright, as sunlight streams in from all sides – enhanced by the glass doors throughout the property.

The traditional tiled stove creates a truly special atmosphere! Relax with a good book on the cozy stove bench in the entrance area, or enjoy the warmth in the living room. Make yourself at home!

You can expect a fully equipped apartment including all cooking utensils and everything you need. And if you don’t feel like cooking – no problem! The pizzeria located in the building, with a charming outdoor garden, will take care of your dining needs until 10:00 pm. Alternatively, a well-known local butcher is located next door and also offers a lunch menu.

The infrastructure is outstanding, so you won’t have to miss out on anything. The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac within a 30 km/h zone and is excellently connected by public transport – bus lines 10 and 23 as well as the S-Bahn. If you are arriving by car, the Salzburg Nord motorway exit can be reached in less than 5 minutes. Parking is available on the street free of charge and without restrictions.

In addition, with both the butcher and the pizzeria close by, food options are always within easy reach. But the best part is that the Ischlertrasse – a dream for cyclists and walkers – runs directly next to the apartment. Within just a few steps, you are surrounded by nature. The Samer Mösl is a protected nature reserve that makes it easy to truly unwind. Children can play in the forest and meadows, or you can visit the playground, which is less than a 5-minute walk away.
