Take tram 43 to reach the city (Schottentor/ University) within 15 minutes only. Or take a 5 minutes walk to the next metro station (Alserstrasse U6).
Parking is allowed at the side of the street, however chargeable from Monday to Friday 9a.m. – 10 p.m.
The apartment (aprox. 75 m2) has a 20 m2 living-room, furnished with an extensible Box Spring Sofa, cable TV and DVD.. The living-room as well as the two big bedrooms have a parquet floor. The tiled bath-room is equipped with bath-tub and shower and a washing-machine. The toilet is extra.
In the well equipped kitchen you will find a Nespresso Machine, a filter machine, a dishwasher and all necessary kitchen-essentials.
