The garden is equipped with table and chairs as well as two deck- chairs, in the cellar there is a public washingmachine and dryer.
A lot of shops in front of the house ( bakery, Supermarket, Drugstore). City bikes in front of the house. You may go by tram in 15 min to Schottentor which is in walking distance from the heart of Vienna. Or in only 5 minutes you will reach the U 6 or the AKH ( general hospital). In only 20 minutes you are at the Westbahnhof by tram, where you may find the Mariahilferstraße (shopping mall) or you may take the U3 which brings you directly in the heart of Vienna (Stephansdom)
