Apartment in a newly renovated turn-of-the-century villa in the central old town. Can be given to musicians (practice allowed).

Within walking distance of the bus, shops and restaurants. 5 minutes to the green market (weekly market) and 10 min to the Schranne (weekly market) There is a parking garage nearby (€ 25 per day). Further parking garages are in walking distance.

The apartment has:
Kitchen with electric stove and oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, drying rack, microwave, toaster, complete kitchen equipment (dishes, cutlery, pots, mixer, kettle, French press, teapot, hand blender)
Bed linen / bedding as well as towels and hair dryer, vacuum cleaner
TV set with cable TV and WiFi
Furniture: couch, double bed, pull-out recliner, reading corner, two chests of drawers, two cupboard attachments as storage space above the bathroom, small stepladder, table with four chairs, clothes rack / cupboard system

Maximum occupancy with 3 adults. There is a surcharge of 150 € for a third person.
A baby bed can be provided if required with an additional charge of 50 €.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the rental property. Keeping animals without permission of the landlord is prohibited. Unfortunately, there is no storage space for bikes in the house.
