Welcoming and well euqipped apartment in Graz Geidorf

We would love to welcome you to our 3-room apartment in Graz Geidorf (north of Graz), which has been renovated and decorated with great attention to detail.

All walls have been freshly painted, a large part of the flooring has been replaced, and many pieces of furniture – including the mattresses and the couch – are brand new. The entire inventory (kitchen utensils, bed linens, towels) is also new.

We offer a master bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a 1.4m (full-size) bed, a spacious living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a cozy bathtub, a separate toilet, and a small storage room (including a new washing machine and vacuum cleaner). If needed, additional storage space is available in the basement compartment.Enjoy a beer in the evening on the small but cozy balcony. Smoking is allowed there (but please, only there).

There is a transit stop about 30 meters from the front door.
From there, you can reach the old town of Graz without changing lines by tram (Lines 3 and 5), the university and the regional hospital (LKH) by bus (Line 41), and the main train station by bus line 53.

You can park your car directly on the street next to the building (parking fee not included, green zone).
Alternatively, the northern Park & Ride parking lots are easily accessible by public transport.
