For an overview of our offers use the quick search on the homepage Kurzzeitwohnen. Choose your destination, the number of guests and the period of time you wish to stay. Click "Search" and all accommodations available during that time frame will be displayed. Select the property meeting your needs or use search options on the left to specify your search, e.g. price range, type of apartment and much more.
After registering as a tenant you can send us your free and non-binding enquiry. In order to do that just click on the property of interest. Select the period of time, select the number of guests and continue with "Nonbinding inquiry".
For an overview of your enquiries at a later stage, just click on "My Account" and select "My Favorites" at the top.
After sending your non-binding enquiry the landlord receives your contact details in order to get in touch with you and to clarify further details about your stay. Do not hesitate to contact the Kurzzeitwohnen team if you will not receive any message of the landlord. We will mediate between you and the landlord and provide other alternatives if necessary.
As soon as the booking is being agreed to between you and the landlord, we will prepare a rental agreement according to our template for business short term rentals.
